Day 1: Marrakech - Azilal - Ikhf N'Ighir
Early morning departure by private vehicle or shared minibus toward Azilal, the capital of the Central High Atlas, located at an altitude of 1,370 m. Continue through the Tizi N'Oughbar Pass (2,260 m). After reaching the Aït Abbas Valley, you'll discover stunning landscapes leading to the "Happy Valley" of Aït Bouguemez, famous for its serene beauty. Visit the village and meet the locals.

Day 2: Ikhf N'Ighir (1,900 m) Arous (2,250 m)
Begin your trek along the beautiful Happy Valley, a lush landscape filled with green fields and terraced crops. Walk through several picturesque villages with typical Berber
architecture until reaching Agouti at the entrance of the valley. Continue south-west into the Arous Valley, enjoying lunch by the river. In the afternoon, hike up towards the
shepherds' pastures near the village of Aït Said.
Overnight under the stars in a bivouac at 2,250 m.

Day 3: Arous (2,250 m) - Tizi N'Oughri (3,350 m) – Tarkeddite (2,900 m)
A pleasant uphill hike takes you over the Tizi N'Oughri Pass (3,350 m), passing through beautiful high pastures. Enjoy panoramic views of the M'Goun range before descending toward the wide Tarkeddite Plateau, where local shepherds graze their herds. Camp near the sources of the Tassaout River (2,900 m). The mountain scenery here is truly
spectacular.

Day 4: Ascent of Mount M'Goun (4,071 m)
An early morning departure to climb the majestic Mount M'Goun, the highest peak in the Central High Atlas. A challenging but rewarding ascent (optional). At the summit, take in breathtaking 360° views of the entire range. The descent follows a wide ridge before joining the main trail leading to the Tassaout sources (2,800 m).

Day 5: Sources of the Tassaout - Tasgaywalt (2300 m) – Imi N'lkiss (2000m)
Walk along the Tarkeddite plateau towards the Tizi Sedrente Pass (3,200 m), enjoying a magnificent view over the valley below before descending into the beautiful Tassaout Valley. Arrive at Tasgaywalt, marking the beginning of this long, rich valley. Follow the Tassaout River through traditional villages made of red earth, where houses seem to cling to one another against the mountainsides. Continue on to the village of Amezri,
surrounded by terraced fields and
walnut trees. The walk ends at Imi
N'lkiss, on the banks of the Tassaout
River.

Day 6: Imi N'lkiss (2000 m) · Aït Ali N'Itou (1825 m)
With your feet in the water or riding a mule, continue along the river through this fertile valley known as "the Rabi". The trail leads you to the picturesque village of Ichbbaken, known for its beautiful fortified granaries (igoudar) and ancient kasbahs.

Walk through the Tassaout Valley to admire the traditional red granaries of Megdaz, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in the Atlas
Mountains. Continue the climb to the Tizi N'Megdaz Pass (2454 m) before descending toward Tagoukht (2020
m)
Overnight in bivouac near the shepherds' huts of Taoujda (2450 m). Ascent: +1050 m Descent: -434 m Distance: 17 km Walking time: 7h
Day 8: Azib Taouajda (2450 m) - Tamda Lake (2667 m)
A beautiful hike above the foothills of Mount Anghomar (3608 m), with panoramic views stretching over the Ouarzazate plain. The route passes near Tamda Pass (2570 m) before reaching the glacial lake of Tamda — a vast expanse of clear blue water surrounded by majestic peaks, creating a breathtaking play of light and color throughout the afternoon.
Option in the afternoon: Hike to the summit of Anghomar (3990 m) or enjoy trout fishing at the lake. Overnight bivouac by the lake.

Day 9: Tamda Lake (2667 m) - Tighza (1900 m)
A gentle descent takes you to the beautiful Ounila Valley, through a landscape of aromatic plants such as thyme and laurel. Pass by the summer pastures of Anfergual (2109 m) and admire the Adrar Aglagal mountain before arriving at the charming village of Tighza. The view of the valley from here is simply stunning.

Day 10: Tighza (1900 m) - Telouet (1870 m)
Today's route follows the Ounila Valley, once part of the ancient caravan road. Walk through fields and small Berber villages before crossing a plateau leading to the village of Telouet. Visit the famous Kasbah of Telouet, former residence of the powerful Glaoui family, known as the "Lords of the Atlas." This remarkable Kasbah offers panoramic views over the valley and surrounding peaks.

Day 11: Telouet (1870 m) - Tizi N'Telouet (2550 m) · Afra Plateau (2000 m)
A beautiful climb takes us to Tizi N'Telouet Pass, offering panoramic views of the valley. From there, we descend along the mountain slope before reaching the Afra Plateau, a peaceful and picturesque area filled with life and used by local shepherds from the Zat Valley.
Overnight bivouac on the Afra Plateau. Ascent: +740 m Descent: -500 m

Day 12: Afra (2000 m) Yagour Plateau (2300 m)
We descend through the Afra gorges, surrounded by dramatic cliffs and the scenic Zat Valley, passing by the villages of Assats and Agoura (1450 m). Enjoy a picnic by the river before continuing along a panoramic trail that leads us to the high-altitude villages of the Yagour Plateau. Overnight bivouac near the summer pastures at the exit of Ouarzazate (2300 m), surrounded by beautiful terraced fields.

Day 13: Yagour (2300 m) Agadir N'Aït Boumlane (1550 m) - Marrakech
A magnificent final day exploring the Yagour Plateau, one of the most iconic areas of the High Atlas. You'll discover prehistoric rock carvings, ancient Berber granaries, and breathtaking panoramic views. After descending towards the Ourika Valley, we'll pass through Setti Fatma and continue along the Ounila Valley, one of the most picturesque routes back to Marrakech.

Day 1: Marrakech to Imlil - Trek to Toubkal Base Camp
Morning Pickup from Marrakech:
1• You'll be picked up early (usually
around 8:00 AM) from your accommodation in Marrakech and driven to Imlil, a village in the Atlas Mountains (around 1.5 to 2 hours' drive).
Along the way, you'll pass through small Berber villages and enjoy the scenic mountain landscapes.
2. Arrival in Imlil (1,740 meters/ 5,708 feet):
Meet your local guide and muleteer
team.
Begin the trek from Imlil towards the Toubkal Refuge, also known as Base Camp.
The trek takes around 5-6 hours, covering 11 km (6.8 miles), and you'll pass through the village of Aremd and the Mizane Valley.
• Lunch will usually be served on the
way.
Arrive at Toubkal Refuge (3,207 meters / 10,522 feet):
• Reach the refuge in the late afternoon, where you'll have dinner and spend the night (either in a shared dormitory or tent, depending on your package).
• Rest and acclimatize for the summit push the next day.
Day 2: Summit Mount Toubkal (4,167 meters/
13,671 feet) - Return to Imlil
and Marrakech
Early Start:
• Wake up early (around 4:00 AM) for breakfast and begin the ascent to the summit of Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa.
The trek takes around 3-4 hours, with some challenging sections. The terrain includes scree and rocky paths.
2. Reach the Summit of Mount
Toubkal:
• After about 3 hours, you'll reach the summit of Toubkal. From here, enjoy panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains, valleys, and even the Sahara Desert on clear days.
Spend some time at the top for photos and to take in the incredible views.
3. Descend to Toubkal Refuge:
• Begin the descent back to the
refuge, which takes about 2-3 hours.
4. Trek Back to Imlil:
from the refuge to Imlil (another 4
hours), where your driver will be waiting.
5. Return to Marrakech:
• Drive back to Marrakech, arriving in the early evening.

Day 1 — Arrival in Casablanca
Meet & greet at the airport, visit the spectacular Hassan II Mosque (time permitting), and enjoy the Atlantic Corniche. Overnight in Casablanca.
Day 2 — Casablanca → Chefchaouen
Drive north via rolling countryside to the Blue City. Sunset wander through Chefchaouen’s photogenic lanes and hilltop viewpoints. Overnight in Chefchaouen.
Day 3 — Chefchaouen (Free Day)
Leisure time for the medina, Ras El-Ma waterfall, and the Spanish Mosque lookout. Optional guided walk in the Rif. Overnight in Chefchaouen.
Day 4 — Chefchaouen → Volubilis → Fes
Travel south to Volubilis for a guided tour of its mosaics and arches, then continue to Fes. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Fes.
Day 5 — Fes (Guided City Tour)
Explore Fes el-Bali: Medersa Bou Inania, tanneries, artisan quarters, and Al-Quaraouiyine. Traditional lunch and time for crafts. Overnight in Fes.
Day 6 — Fes → Ifrane → Midelt → Merzouga (Sahara Camp)
Cross cedar forests and Middle Atlas villages to the Ziz Valley and Merzouga. Sunset camel trek into the dunes; dinner and music beneath desert stars. Overnight in a Berber desert camp.
Day 7 — Merzouga → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley
Sunrise over the dunes, then drive to Todra Gorge for a short walk between 300 m cliffs. Continue along the Dades Valley’s kasbahs and rock formations. Overnight in Dades.
Day 8 — Dades → Ait Benhaddou → Marrakech
Follow the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs” to Ait Benhaddou for a guided visit. Cross the High Atlas to Marrakech via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 9 — Marrakech (Guided City Tour)
See Koutoubia, Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and the Majorelle/YSL Garden (optional). Evening in Jemaa el-Fna square. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 10 — Marrakech (Departure)
Airport transfer. If time allows: last-minute shopping or a hamam/spa experience.
